After spending sufficient time in understanding our requirements, Matt provided us with multiple ideas which helped us maximise the available space without distorting the existing structure/design too much. "We were very happy with the service provided by Matt. After taking our wish list seriously he presented us with a range of initial ideas which looked to maximise the available space yet maintain a degree of character. From that point we settled on an outline plan after which there were a number of opportunities to modify the plans right up to submission for planning. This impressed us greatly as it is usually difficult (and expensive) to change what you can only gauge once you have the almost complete plans.

The result is a bright and airy home with a very effective use of available space. I can thoroughly recommend Matt as a person with both ideas and a willingness to listen to our own ideas - the whole point being an outcome with which were happy."
