West Timperley Extension

Single storey rear and side extension with small cycle garage/store and opening up of existing living room and kitchen into open plan living including new dining area.

 

Contemporary design envelops the context with timber clad side wall and floating eaves overlapping the boundary wall. Bi-fold doors and level patio area creates and inside/outside space.

Prepared planning, building regulations and detailed drawings, close communication with contractor.

Boothstown Extension

Conversion of part of the existing garage, single storey rear and two storey front extension.

 

The Building Regulations package of drawings was prepared in close liaison with the home owner following planning approval gained by Urbanization Architects.

Altrincham Extension

Single-storey rear extension and alterations to existing kitchen

Initial consulation with client to ascertain aspirations and advise on the potential for development. Preparation of existing and proposed 3D model which produces the plans, sections, elevations and perspectives for the feasibility option study. Preferred route forward chosen by the home owner and submitted to the National Trust prior to the planning application.

West Timperley Extension and Loft Conversion

Single storey rear extension, with Loft conversion with roof lights.

 

An extensive exercise of options was undertaken to achieve the best solution for the client with limited headroom and a tight staircase up to the new conversion.

 

Planning was necessary on the rear extension due to its location on a new build high density housing estate where permitted development is not allowable.

Didsbury Extension

Part two storey, part single storey rear and side extension, with two storey front extension.

 

Planning approval was secured following an in depth options study to find the most efficient solution to suit the home owner's needs. Co-ordination with a structural engineer was carried out to ensure that complex junctions were structurally considered.

Sale Bungalow Extension

Single-storey side and rear extensions, part demolition of garage walls and alteration to its roof, renovation of existing rooms and a front canopy porch extension. Proposal includes a new dressing room, en-suite, and utility room and dining space. Relocation of main bedroom, main bathroom and kitchen.

Discussed aspirations and agreed brief with the home owners and family. Advised on the quickest route forward being permitted development not requiring a planning application. Existing building survey and Preparation of 3D model. Existing and proposed plans, sections, elevations and perspectives where then drafted for the feasibility option study. Preferred route forward chosen by the home owner and this was submitted to the planners to ascertain a lawful development certificate. 

Stockport Extension

Single storey rear and side extension, loft conversion and dormer window.

Initial consultation with the homeowner, survey and drawings to gain planning approval. Discussions with Stockport Planning Authority. Conversations regarding the regularisation of previous work undertaken to bring up to building regulations standards.
